The context
After nine editions, Croc' The Rock — an indoor rock festival — needed a website that matched its energy, in time for its tenth edition and the ones after it. The brief came in while I was working at Bureau Web: design and build a site meant to hold up across several editions, not just one.
A design that vibrates like a live show
In Figma, we built a full design paired with an interactive prototype meant to carry a rock festival's energy onto the screen. Hovering triggers small electric charges and ripples reminiscent of a guitar string's vibration or a snare's rhythm — a way to make visitors feel the sound before they've even clicked "tickets."
Built to last
The site runs on WordPress, customized so the festival's own team can update the line-up, ticketing, and news from one edition to the next without depending on us for every change.
The approach
- A project completed while I was still employed at the Bureau Web agency.
- A sound identity translated into visual interaction: waves, vibrations, electric charges.
- A site designed to support multiple festival editions, not just the tenth.
- Content management built for the festival team's own independence.
